Where Do You Ship To?
We only ship to addresses in main land United Kingdom.

How Much Is Delivery And What Courier Do You Use?
Delivery costs £3.99 per order (or FREE if you spend at least £50.00). Depending on your order size, type or the situation we may use Royal Mail, Yodel, Evri or DPD. All orders are tracked.

How do I Claim The Free Delivery Promotion?
When your order total is £50.00 or more, a Free Delivery option will automatically become available at checkout. Simply select it to apply the promotion.

How Long Does Delivery Take?
Delivery usually takes between 3-5 working days. Please allow longer for busier periods, such as Christmas or other holidays.

Can I Cancel My Order?
You may cancel your order as long as we have not started to process your order for despatch. You can cancel your order by visting your account and choosing "Cancel Order" at the bottom of your order page. If you do not see this option it means your order will have already entered the processing stage.

I Didn't Receive My Order
All orders are sent via courier with a tracking number. You will receive your tracking number by e-mail as soon as your order is despatched. If you are having trouble locating your package please contact the courier with your tracking number for more accurate information.

What Are Reward Points?
Reward Points allow you to earn points and then exhange them for voucher codes to spend at our store. There are various ways to earn Reward Points and you can start earning points as soon as you open an account. No additional sign-ups needed.

You can input your voucher codes at checkout. Look out for "Add Promotion Code" on this page.

My Voucher Code Didn't Work
Some voucher codes are tied to a specific account and may have an expiry date (typically one year). If you're having trouble, please contact us, and we'll be happy to investigate for you.

I can't leave a review for a product
