Your Right to a Refund (Change of Mind)
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order and obtain a full refund within a "cooling-off" period.
- Condition of Goods: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened, unused, and in the same condition that you received it. It must be in its original packaging with any cellophane wrap or seals intact. We cannot accept returns of items that have been opened or tested.
- Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
We take great care in dispatching our orders, but if your item is faulty, damaged in transit, or not the item you ordered, please contact us immediately.
Under the Consumer Rights Act, you have a 30-day right to a full refund for goods that are of unsatisfactory quality, unfit for purpose, or not as described.

- Return Shipping for Faulty Goods: We will provide you with instructions for returning the item and will cover the cost of the return postage.
How to Make a Return

- Await Instructions: We will reply with the return address and any further instructions.
- Package Your Item: Please pack the item securely in its original packaging to ensure it is not damaged on its way back to us.
- Send It Back: Post the item to the address provided.
Processing Your Refund
- Timeline: Please allow at least seven (7) working days from our receipt of your item for us to process your return.
- Notification: We will notify you by email once your return has been processed and the refund has been issued.
- Payment: Your refund will be credited to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your card issuer.
