Overview & Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("you," "the customer") and Aromaworld ("we," "us," "our").

Enrollment in the Aromaworld Rewards Program ("the Program") is automatic for all customers who create an account with us. The Program is designed to thank our loyal customers by allowing them to earn points on purchases and other actions, which can then be redeemed for rewards.

By holding an account on our website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. EARNING REWARD POINTS

As a Program member, you can earn points through the following actions:

Account Creation: A one-time bonus of points will be credited to your account upon successful creation.
Purchases: You will earn 1 point for every £1.00 spent on orders. Points are calculated on the final transaction value, rounded down to the nearest whole number. (For example, an order of £78.89 will earn 78 points).
Product Reviews: You will earn 20 points for each verified product review you submit on our website.

Promotional Points:

From time to time, we may offer additional opportunities to earn points through special promotions, competitions, or other events as specified by us.

Points on Returned Orders:

If an order is returned for a refund, any points earned from that purchase will be deducted from your account balance.

General:

Points are automatically added to your account balance after a qualifying action. There is no limit to the number of points you can accumulate.

2. REDEEEMING REWARD POINTS

Points can be redeemed for rewards once you have reached the required threshold.

500 Points = £5.00 Gift Voucher

Gift Voucher Conditions:

A redeemed Gift Voucher is linked to your account and is non-transferable.
Each Gift Voucher is valid for 365 days from the date of redemption.
Gift Vouchers can be applied to any future order made on your account.

3. Program Modification & Termination

3.1. Abuse of the Program

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account, and void any accumulated points and active Gift Vouchers, if we determine, at our sole discretion, that you are abusing the Program, engaging in fraud, or violating these Terms.

3.2. Changes and Termination of the Program

We may modify, suspend, or terminate the Rewards Program at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of any significant changes where possible. In the event of Program termination, your points balance may be voided. However, we will honor any active Gift Vouchers that have already been redeemed according to their original validity period.
