Cinnamon leaf essential oil has a naturally warm and spicy fragrance that works well in diffusion, inhalation, diluted massage blends and bathing. Steam distilled from the leaves of Cinnamomum zeylanicum, it offers the familiar aromatic character of cinnamon in a versatile essential oil format.

For massage or topical use, dilute 3–5 drops in 10ml of carrier oil. For diffusion, add 4–5 drops to cold water, or use 2–3 drops with hot water for inhalation. For bathing, add 5–10 drops to water or a suitable carrier oil before stirring into the bath.
