Lily & Loaf Organic Roman Chamomile Essential Oil

Discover the soft, sweet aroma of Lily & Loaf Organic Roman Chamomile Essential Oil, steam distilled from Chamaemelum nobile flowers sourced from France with a gentle fruity character suited to relaxing home aromatherapy.

A gentle floral oil with sweet, fruity character

Roman chamomile has a distinctive soft fragrance that combines floral character with naturally sweet, fruity notes. Its gentle aromatic profile works well in diffusers, inhalation, diluted massage and bathing, while also blending naturally with citrus, floral and herbaceous essential oils.

For massage or topical use, dilute 3–5 drops in 10ml of carrier oil. For diffusion, add 4–5 drops to cold water, or use 2–3 drops with hot water for inhalation. For bathing, add 5–10 drops to water or a suitable carrier oil before stirring into the bath. Roman chamomile blends particularly well with bergamot, clary sage, geranium, lavender, grapefruit and ylang ylang.
