Bitter orange essential oil has a fresh, vibrant citrus aroma that works well in diffusers, diluted massage blends, bathing and carefully prepared skincare routines. It can also be added to suitable homemade cleaning solutions when you want to introduce a naturally citrus fragrance around the home.

For diffusion, add 4–8 drops to a diffuser. For massage, dilute 2–3 drops per 10ml of carrier oil. For skincare use, blend 1–2 drops with a carrier oil or moisturiser, or add 2–6 drops to warm bath water. Bitter orange also pairs well with lavender and frankincense in diffuser blends.
