For massage or topical use, dilute 3–5 drops in 10ml of carrier oil. For diffusion, add 4–5 drops to cold water, or use 2–3 drops with hot water for inhalation. For bathing, add 5–10 drops to water or a suitable carrier oil before stirring into the bath. Frankincense blends particularly well with lavender, pine, geranium, orange, lemon and bergamot.
