Sweet marjoram has a comforting herbaceous character with warm, gently spicy notes. Its middle-note profile makes it useful in essential oil blends, where it can help bridge brighter citrus aromas with softer floral notes.

For massage or topical use, dilute 3–5 drops in 10ml of carrier oil. For diffusion, add 4–5 drops to cold water, or use 2–3 drops with hot water for inhalation.
