Rosemary essential oil has a distinctive herbal aroma with warm woody notes and a crisp, camphoraceous edge. It can be enjoyed in a diffuser, used for inhalation, incorporated into diluted massage blends or added to bathing routines, making it a versatile choice for everyday aromatherapy.

For massage or topical use, dilute 3–5 drops in 10ml of carrier oil. For diffusion, add 4–5 drops to cold water, or use 2–3 drops with hot water for inhalation.
