Lemon essential oil brings a lively, freshly cut citrus quality to diffusers, room fragrance and aromatic blends. Its bright top-note character works particularly well alongside herbal, floral and woody oils, adding clarity and freshness without weighing down the overall fragrance.

For massage or topical use, dilute 3–5 drops in 10ml of carrier oil. For diffusion, add 4–5 drops to cold water, or use 2–3 drops with hot water for inhalation. For bathing, add 5–10 drops to water or a suitable carrier oil before stirring into the bath. Lemon blends especially well with Ho Wood, ylang ylang, cypress and May Chang.

As a cold-expressed citrus oil, lemon is photosensitive. Avoid UV exposure following topical application.
